Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Mike: I will be unable to meet July 19.
  - We will not meet.
- Mike: Synopsys has raised concerns about Touchstone model quality.

ARs:

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


IBIS Parser Contract:
- Bob: The contract is fully signed now.
  - Delivery should be mid-August.


Touchstone model quality
- Mike: The concerns about Touchstone model quality are valid.
- Bob: Each EDA vendor has some capability for checking and fixing models.
  - There may be patents.
- Mike: The IQ page should have links to our checkers

AR: Mike add parser/checker links to the IBIS Quality page
